RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：

- Provide logistic support for Sales Director

- Manage the implementation of sales meeting

- Sales and client documents filing and manage

Sales admin. supporting for sales NorthI region

- Follow up & collect from RSM for join call report, location report, monthly report & PR

- Feedback with RSMs for approved join call report, location report & PR

- Arrange travel related issue, ie. air ticket, hotel reservation

- Support the region cross function meeting for NorthI

- Familiar with the process for Sales Dept., update the related document.

- Corporate with others dept. to make sure the smooth operation of the business

- Booking for the stationary for sales dept.

Sales activities management

- Coordinate and implement marketing symposium, workshop and national sales meeting.

- Provide and manage admin supporting for NorthI sales force.

- Processing invoices and expense for sales team;

- Preparing estimates and quotations for sales activity;

QUALIFICATIONS:

岗位要求：

- The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in marketing or sales management.

- An university degree is required.

- The ability and desire to help others;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Confident and determined approach;

- Resilience, and the ability to cope with rejection;

- Self-motivation and ambition;

- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team;

- The ability to flourish in a competitive;

- Be responsible

- Excellent multitask & time management skills

- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

- English and Chinese language skills are required.
