职位描述
工作职责:
1. Co-ordinate service delivery for designated Key/Major Accounts to meet client and LRQA objectives. Includes monitoring service delivery against client service level agreements/KPIs, maintaining client briefing notes, dealing with complex queries and proactively resolving service issues within agreed deadlines/targets
2. To plan client visits/activities in line with client and business needs, through effective and efficient allocation of available field force resources. Includes dealing with business queries and resolving resource/planning problems within agreed deadlines, whilst ensuring compliance with external accreditation requirements
3. Build and maintain excellent client relationships through proactive communication and action to fulfil client expectations. Includes participation in client meetings and reviews
4. Liaise with Account Managers, Assessors and client services teams/offices to ensure client expectations are communicated and understood
5. Create and maintain client resource plans to ensure strategic forward planning and adequate resource availability Closely monitor client satisfaction. Identify and act on potential service problems and client complaints
6. Ensure effective systems and processes are in place to manage designated key and major accounts and Identify improvements to processes and procedures
7. Identify and refer opportunities for new business
8. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of client data in LRQA business systems
9. Review and analyse data to monitor client KPIs. Collate data for input into client summary reports
10. Develop a good understanding of LRQA products, services, systems and processes on an on-going basis
11. Mentor other team members and new staff to transfer knowledge of Key Account processes and designated clients Assess the risks and work in a safe manner at all times, robustly implementing health and safety rules, instructions and systems and refuse to undertake work that compromises your safety or health.
12. Report in a timely manner all incidents including near miss and safety observations (NMSO), accidents and injuries and raise any health and safety concerns with your line manager.
要求:
1. Experience of working in a business to business client service environment, preferably dealing with business clients
2. Good verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language, as applicable), with a good understanding of business language
3. Polite and approachable manner
4. Using own initiative able to prioritise and work on multiple tasks and complex issues whilst adhering to tight deadlines
5. High degree of accuracy,master of ERP etc system
6. Able to work as part of a team to contribute to achieving departmental/business objectives
7. Computer literate in MS Office
