Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:
 

1. Participate as a team member in business audit projects - 1) Perform reviews of critical operational and financial processes (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Financing, Marketing Sales & Service, Product Development and etc.) to ensure compliance with legislation and corporate policy; 2) When leading internal audit projects, develop audit plans, allocate work tasks to team members, chair meetings with audit management and operation management, and manage the whole audit progress.  Communicate audit status, results and recommendations to appropriate management.
2. Conduct business interviews with senior management to document key business process control points.
3. Use analytical techniques to identify and quantify risks to the Company.
4. Review control weaknesses with operational management to ensure buy-in and advice around corrective actions. In addition, review both GAO and Operational Identified Comment (OIC) corrective action follow-up evidence, ensuring that work products delivered by the operations are timely and meet sufficient standard.
5. Contribute to process improvement activities within the GAO, including researching new and emerging technologies to understand potential control risks, and emerging approaches to internal auditing.
6. Help audit supervisor to do some admin work, e.g. TER billing analysis, travel cost analysis, etc.

 
Qualifications Required:
 

1. Finance or related fields 4 years above
2. Bachelor degree is required
3. Extensive knowledge of general professional fields such as business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, operations management, and/or government regulations.
4. Ability to work to tight deadlines and within a diverse team structure, and to complete various tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong analytical, written communication and interpersonal skills are required. Excellent written and spoken English.
6. High integrity, team player, highly motivated and self-starter
7. Qualification of CPA, CIA, CISA, ACCA or equivalent will be a plus.
8. Working experience as auditor in Audit Firms or other MNCs will be a plus.
9. Special requirement: Flexible to travel within and outside Asia Pacific as required (about 50%)
