职位描述

Brand: Timberland
Department: Business Planning & Operation
Function: Sales Planning
Title: Sales Planning Manager
Reports To: Business Planning & Operation Manager
Education/Qualifications: Bachelor degree and above
Experience: 7 to 10 years Sales planning / business planning or business analyst experience
Language: English, Preferably Mandarin


Role Responsibilities:
  • To partner with Sales Managers to achieve the financial target.
  • To plan and manage the product flow with regional PMD, business planner and local sales team for each season.
  • To consolidate and manage the indent order in order to liaise with Finance team on accurate forecast planning.
  • To analyze the business / sales situation and provide the suggestion and information to related teams.
  • To assist Business Planning & Operation Manager, National Sales Head and GM with business analysis, proposals and strategy formulations.
  • To monitor and manage TBL inventory situation internally and externally (distributors).
  • Store Planning and Analysis driven by Capacity and Volume considerations to optimize assortment choices.
  • WS channel OTB planning and analysis to keep the sustainable growth.
  • Coopertaion with demand planning team to ensure the on time delivery and Sell In target fullfilment.
  • BD Planning & Store open tracking.

  • Strong planning and analysisi skills to give the suggestion to sales team on mid-term and long-term business development.
  • Highly communication and influencing skills to clearly convey information and ideas to the audience and being proactive into action
  • Ability to adapt change in a multi-cultural and complex environment for new functions and new processes and structure
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret high amount of data and the implications
