Main responsibility:

ü Covers all End Users, Aftermarket Distributors, and small OEM customers in north of China;

ü Provides indoor sales by telephone, email & web, including customer maintenance & development, product selection, enquiry response, contract conclusion, sales order process, fast delivery, customer complaint handling;

ü Execute Norgren Express sales strategy & business plan, to achieve sales & margin objectives;

ü Coordinates with Marketing, Finance, Technical Support & Operations;

Requirements:

ü College or Bachelor of Engineering, preferred in mechanical engineering

ü At least 2 years working experience in Sales, Sales Assistant, or Customer Service

ü Fast learner in product knowledge & kind service provider to the customer.

ü Strong teamwork spirit, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, but result oriented

ü Good command of both oral and written English

ü Good computer skills
