?    Lead Pharmacology functions within In Vivo Pharmacology team, including oncology mouse model establishment and oversight of in vivo study operations, strategy, and quality control
?    Contribute Pharmacology strategy and prepare data analyses presentations at meetings for multiple projects
?    Work across discovery teams to integrate efficient workflows and develop new research initiatives for in vivo models and study designs
?    Evaluate and contribute improvements to existing Pharmacology workflows, data entry/visualization tools, and strategies
?    Ensure Pharmacology operations are aligned and in compliance with institutional animal research protocols, training, and animal welfare recommendations
?    Management and mentoring of 1-2 direct reports
?    Highly motivated and independent with an ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

职位要求：
?    PhD in Molecular & Cell Biology, or a related discipline, with 4+ (Senior Scientist) years of relevant research experience preferably in a Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry setting
?    Hands-on experience with strategy development and detailed in vivo study designs, integrating PK, historical perspective, and translational considerations
?    Extensive knowledge of oncology models, including patient-derived and cell line-derived xenograft models, and genetically engineered mouse models
?    Experience with pharmacodynamics endpoints, such as biomarkers or in vivo imaging, is a plus
?    Scientific leadership abilities and collaborative personality
?    Entrepreneurial personality, with problem solving skills, critical thinking ability, and excellent communication skills
