Responsibilities:

    

1. Chase outstanding and control AR credit term for all clients.

    

2. Complete AR Clearing and do weekly AR Aging report to manager.

    

3. Voucher management.

    

4. VAT fapiao issue.

    

5. Communicate with bank and can settle some bank issues. 

    

6. Other works arrangement from manager.

    

  

    

  

    

Requirements:
1. College/Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting with 2 years’ working experience at least. 

    

2. The ability to converse in written and reading of English.

    

3. A good working knowledge of computerized accounting systems and software, including good excel and word skills. 

4. Kingdee K3 Working experience is preferred. 

5. Good communication skills with co-workers, active, positive and willing to learn.

    

6. Strong sense of responsibility; Sensitive to accounting data, careful and patient.
