职位描述

To support regional market program independently. Contribute to the fast growth of China business with process management, professional education event coordination, basic product management, analytical and implementation skills, customer-orientation and collaborative approaches. Follow the strategic marketing projects and events to ensure marketing activities are executed smoothly

Be a supporter to help regional sales team drive sales enablement program.
Be a coordinator in regional professional education program, KA management & event preparation & tracking. Assist region to carry out comprehensive marketing program
Assist to develop training for sales team and customers to promote Invisalign treatment. Work closely with sales team to drive sales momentum
Document management and routine data tracking.

Relationship

Report to Regional Marketing Leader, East Region, China
Work laterally with China Consumer marketing, Ortho marketing, Professional marketing, and GP marketing managers, and SFE managers in the region
Support sales teams for program implementation
Work with other support functions
Work with Agencies

Qualification

Basic market analysis methods
Team contributor who cultivates collaborative work environment
Customer focused
Effective communication
Fast learner (clinical, regulation, etc.)

Education & Experience

An up-to-date knowledge of the health care environment, including practice and marketing. This level of knowledge would normally be acquired 1-year experience in sales/marketing or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary organization
BA degree is a must, any major

Skill sets

Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Chinese and English.
Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs
Able to travel extensively (more than 40% of working hours)
