-Provide biomarker related expertise for clinical trials conduction from an operational perspective
-Collaborate and communicate with multiple internal functional teams to drive the biomarker related works for clinical trials
-Work together with clinical operation and other internal stake holders to propose and manage timelines, budget and daily operation work
-Select, manage and oversee vendors which provides biomarker testing and related work
-Manage vendor performance and day to day works
-Lead CDx studies and communicate with both device partners and lab vendors to make sure biomarker strategy is implemented
-Participate CST meetings and provide biomarker related update
-Collaborate with DM and make sure data is transferred as planned
职位要求：
-Bachelor or above in biology/medical major.
-Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or academia is preferred
-Understanding of scientific concepts and experience in translational research and oncology biomarker development.
-At least 3 years project management experience
-Proven organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage cross-functional efforts.
-Ability to work effectively on multiple oncology programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
