Essential Functions of the job:
? Explore opportunities in commercial insurance area to improve innovative drugs’ accessibility.
? Lead and manage patient access projects:
1) Participant in the design and identify project objective/R&R/timeline/communication plan, etc.;
2) Monitor project progress to achieve milestone and KPI on time;
3) Be responsible for project daily operations, including but not limited to regular training, data analysis and reporting, cooperation with internal cross-functions and external partners/vendors;
4) Ensure project to be carried out with highest compliance
? Support center/regional market access team for access breakthrough by providing analysis/report of BG patient programs;
? Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager
职位要求：
Qualifications and Competencies:
? Bachelor degree, major in business management, clinical medical, pharmacy is a plus;
? At least 5 years working experience in multinational healthcare company, insurance company or NGO, Patient access PM background is a must;
? Result driven, self-motivated and be willing to work under high pressure to meet the deadline;
? Strong business knowledge and excellent project management skills;
? Drive cross-function cooperation and strong communication capabilities;
? Agility to learn and be acuminous to policy trend and healthcare environment;
? Have broad and deep understanding of healthcare environment and can initiate and maintain partnership with internal and external key stakeholders
