This FP&A manager position required for the fast-expanding CN commercial organization to support the existing products further growth and new products successful launch. Responsible for CN commercial monthly management reporting, annual budget, rolling forecast, Long range planning and to further develop business partnering for sales and marketing function. Significant interaction with accounting, sales directors, brand leaders and commercial function heads.
-Conduct and review with team members for month end closing to ensure fair statement of Sales, OPEX, and other related items.
-Prepare and analyze CN commercial management reporting package on a monthly basis (eg. Monthly financial results, revenue report, inventory etc.) and provide P&L for actual reporting, business planning, strategic planning, and latest estimates.
-Ensure key CN commercial financial ratios are properly controlled and monitored vs targets/Fcst, alert management of any deviations/risks on a timely basis.
-Prepare yearly budget and rolling forecast for CN commercial, and proactive involvement in the long-range plan, business plan process for topline, headcount and OPEX planning and for implementing appropriate review processes
-Fulfil Corporate finance planning & reporting requirements
-Participate in new FP&A initiatives and projects (eg. product PL, integrated reporting etc)
-Prepare financial analysis on major business activities such as sales resource allocation, OPEX review with brand leaders, HC reconciliation, new product introductions, pricing and other related activities.
-Provide sound financial advice to the sales director and brand leaders on key decisions using factual and accurate financial analysis

-5 or more years working experience in a financial planning and analysis function, preferably in the pharm industry
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with various levels of management via reports, emails and verbal communication
-Team player and can work under pressure
-Flexibility to adapt to changing working priorities and assignments and deadline driven
-Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, familiar with accounting and reporting systems (eg. SAP, TM
1).
