职责描述：

根据需求,进行物料采购工作,做到按质、按价、按量完成采购计划和目标.

According to requisition to purchase on schedule ,on quantity, on quality to fulfill the purchasing planning and follow the purchasing strategies.

1.熟悉物料用途及供方状况，按生产计划下达订单，并跟踪订单按时交货。

Knows well about raw material function and supplying status, follow MRP to release purchasing order and track for on-time delivery.

2.开发新供应商，维护和管理现有供应商，以提高供应效率；

Develop new supplier, maintain and manager existing supplier to improve supply efficiency.

3.采购价格谈判，原材料交期的缩短；

Negotiate price ,shorten lead time.

4.原材料库存控制；

Control raw material inventory.

5.配合质量部门处理所采购的产品的质量问题，跟踪供应商改进计划，对供应商进行季度评估。

Work with QA dept to handle raw material quality problems. Follow up supplier corrective action plan and perform quarterly comprehensive evaluation

6.供应商发票处理，货款申请；

Supplier invoice checking/registering and application for payment.

7.主管安排的其他事务。

Other tasks arranged by manager.

任职要求：

1.全日制大学及以上学历

Full-time university or higher.

2.采购,英语,电脑使用相关技能

Related purchasing skills,English,computer skills.

3.制造业直接物料采购经验，懂ERP及报表，库存管理

Manufacturing direct material purchasing experience

Knowledge of ERP and building reports from ERP；Knowledge in stock management

4.较强的学习能力,判断能力及沟通能力,能用英语进行日常工作交流.有良好的团队意识,能承受一定的工作压力,熟练使用办公软件.

Aggressive and fast learner,good judgement and communication .fluent in oral English ,team work ,can work under high pressuer ,proficient with MS software.
