Job Summary:

As a Product Manager, should lead the analysis of complex data and leverage consumer insights to develop and consistently optimize the key business solutions/products/platforms, in order to provide our clients actionable strategy. This role will manage a high volume of data analysis, cooperate with cross functional teams, exhibit strong strategic thinking and project management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data in order to provide in-depth business insight and recommendations under complex situation.

• Optimize current business solutions/products/platforms, with strong self-motivation and fully commitment.

• Design all-new business solutions/products/platforms, with both internal team and external partners.

• Participate in the implementation of all actions required to deploy business solutions/products/platforms.

• Set up constructive planning process with internal teams and external partners to optimize work efficiency & effectiveness.

• Lead sub-team with passion by setting up clear individual development goal and development plan. Accountable for giving clear on-job guidance and support.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• 4 years or above experience in marketing research, data analytics, or auto industries

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Strong data analytical skills – can sort out complex information to come up with constructive business recommendations

• Master Excel, familiar with SQL/SPSS, R/Python or similar package is a plus

• Require extensive communication and influences skills across line of business, modeling, IT team and vendors.

• Ability to work independently under pressure. High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

• Proactive and Flexible working style.

• Advanced verbal & written communication skills in both Mandarin & English.

• Experience in industry index establishment, social listening, consumer persona or related experience is preferred.
