Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Manage budget and actual expense of Patient Assistance Program (PAP) in an accurate, clear, and timely manner. 
2. Deliver timely PAP financial updates/summaries and communications to external and internal stakeholders (including variance analysis and improvement measures). 
3. Ensure accurate and timely internal application and approvals for all PAP agreements, POs, payment deliveries, monthly expense evidence archive, receipt collection, etc. 
4. Oversee PAP inventory with monthly updates, including donated medicine, project materials and supplies. 
5. Support PAP on progress monitoring, material preparation, problem solving, meeting activity, and internal audit. 
6. Assist in other innovative projects’ planning, for example cooperation with commercial insurance, partnership with health policy research institutes and National Health Commission. Coordinate and implement the projects with good quality and integrity. 
7. Other duties as assigned. 

Desirable Requirements: 
Education: Bachelor’s degree and above, healthcare related field preferred

Languages: Fluent Mandarin and English (written & oral)
Qualification: 
- Professional experience: 
? ~3 years project management experience, pharmaceutical industry preferred 
? Track record of working with cross-functional teams 
? Experience of interaction with external stakeholders
- Professional skills: 
? Demonstrated rigorous and accountable 
? Proven ability to communicate effectively/influence people appropriately 
? Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
? Ability to manage changes and learn new things
