Job descriptions:
? Plan, direct and oversee identification and development of phase-appropriate chemical syntheses and processes to support programs reaching from preclinical to commercial stage
? Interface with management on priorities and translate business goals into actionable R&D plans, driving the discovery, development and use of safe and cost-effective new synthetic routes
? Build, tailor, train and supervise emerging team of in-house process chemistry scientists, incl. PhD’s
? Work cross-functionally within the organization to help shape and meet timelines and deliverables
? Collaborate with external CROs/CMOs, suppliers and consultants and actively manage and monitor their progress
? Supervise, train and develop up to 10 scientists in an emerging internal team or process chemists
? Direct external resources at CROs/CMOs
职位要求：
Qualifications:
? Ph.D. Synthetic Organic Chemistry
? Postdoctoral experience is desired
? Min 3 years of experience in Process Chemistry
? U.S. or European Pharma experience preferred
? Familiarity with modern homogeneous and asymmetric catalysis
? Solid working knowledge of cGMP requirements and ICH regulatory guidelines
? A working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE) is preferred
? Experience in CMC management is a plus
? Chinese language skills desired
