岗位职责:

Client Servicing
？ Serve as a primary coordinator for multiple projects and in charge of resource planning, quality control for proposal, costing, report & other deliverables
？ Independently liaise with clients regarding business issues, research design solution, and daily logistics for a project with minimal supervision from seniors
？ Lead the discussion with clients on reporting. Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests; integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues
？ Deliver presentation to the client for the managed projects. Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews

Project Management
？ Be hands-on working on attaining high fieldwork quality, incl: sampling design & quota plan, fieldwork briefing notes and actual briefing, feedback on pilot interview (offline survey), fieldwork on soft-launch results checking (online survey), fieldwork on-site supervision, first 3% - 5% questionnaire checking, suggestions on quality control manual, QC report checking etc.
？ Be hands-on working on attaining high data quality, incl: quota checking, interim data checking, data trend break analysis, code-list confirmation, table spec development & checking, data table checking etc.
？ Responsible for anticipating and handling issues arising for all project stages (throughout, questionnaire, survey programming, fieldwork, tabulation, and reporting) and provide necessary solutions independently with minimal supervision & monitoring from seniors
？ Lead discussions with related parties (e.g. fieldwork, quality control, data quality validation, data processing departments) to enhance the project quality in terms of time, cost and data accuracy
？ Able to guide juniors in executing the different phases while adhering tightly to timelines

People Management
？ Able to work with & lead junior in project execution
？ Ensure the associates are aware of their specific roles in their position
？ Provide support, recognition and feedback to assist associates achieving the performance expectations and standards
？ Act as coach, guide and mentor to associates

任职资格:

？ Solid experience in project management
？ Mastery of various methodologies and techniques of marketing research, esp. large-scale shopper research, U&A via offline study, market sizing that spanned across tier 1-5 cities in China, random household survey via CATI, 3-weeks or more food & beverage consumption self-completion diary, retail audit and street-intercept at County (覆盖县域镇村), car-clinics
？ Experience in client facing. Have previous experience servicing China local clients is a plus
？ Minimum 5 to 8 years quantitative marketing research related experience
？ Have category experience in relations to tobacco, cosmetics, wine & spirit, auto & car, banking & finance, is a plus
