Responsibilities

1. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions.

2. Implement strategies and methods on CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc.

3. Take the initiative to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status including providing complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status. Provide flexible solutions when hit the plateau status.

4. Take full responsibility of offers (incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.)

5. Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain the talent pool that provides internal sourcing.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor Degree or above;

2.Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment/staffing, researcher experience in headhunter firm is plus;

3.Good command of English both in speaking and writing;

4.Strong communication and influencing skills;

5.A fast learner with a can-do attitude, self-motivated.
