Job description:

1. Place order to overseas/domestic vendor according to the requirement of our stock and sales demand. Checking the detailed clause such as price , payment term , quality guarantee in the contract.

2. Follow up the order in details, constantly to shorten the delivery time of the contract and make cost breakdown by selecting good 3PL partner

3. Prepare all the import clearance docs and work closely with broker to evade the high risk and unreasonable cost under clearance procedure

4. Estimate & balance the cost for each purchase order, maintain the cost data in SAP

5. Make payment to vendor when order is on due

6. Be responsible for B-B order incl vendor approach, new material creation, goods delivery ..etc

    

Job requirement:

  1. 3-5 years’ working experience on foreign trade biz or purchase

  2. Bachelor of foreign trade or chemistry background

  3. Have good command of speaking and written in English

  4. Know about SAP system
