• Define project procurement strategy with project stakeholders
• Qualify new module suppliers
• Support BD in pre-bid costing model, develop ENGIE internal pricing curve and share relevant market intelligence internally.
• Lead project RFQ tender process with qualified module suppliers.
• Negotiate and propose supplier selection to the Suppliers Selection Committee.
• Lead procurement of modules after project awarded.
• Negotiate and complete Module Supply Agreement (MSA) with selected supplier.
• Monitor contract execution/delivery schedule and arrange pre-shipment quality inspection.
• Evaluate supplier performance and action plan for improvement.
• Support the project team for negotiating change orders and site-claim management.
• Lead supplier relationship management and organize business reviews with all major suppliers.
• Regularly communicate with internal key stakeholders for procurement and contract status.
• Frequent business travelling in China and internationally for visiting supplier factory, project site and solar exhibitions. (About 30%)
• Full compliance with ENGIE Group Policies on Procurement, Ethics and HSE management.
• Full compliance with ENGIE Solar and BU China Procurement Governance.

职位需求：

• BS degree in Procurement, Engineering, Project management.
• 5-10 years of relevant equipment procurement experience, and/or in contract management. Minimum of 3 years in solar/wind or energy infrastructure assets.
• Good knowledge in industrial project procurement and contract management, understand basic technical topics.
• Proven high negotiation capabilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated and assert team member/leader.
• Good Chinese and English (oral & written) communication.

• Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize competing demands. Pragmatic in problem solving.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities at once.
