1、根据公司目前的品牌及市场需求负责香辣系列产品（餐饮酱料、火锅料为主）

2、负责新产品生产的跟踪及口味调试，生产技术难点攻关。

3、负责车间工艺操作规范的制定与工艺规范操作的监督，采取新工艺、新技术、新材料以提高成本、产品质量和产量

4. 负责编写原材料标准、生产工艺流程和产品标准等技术文件；

5、负责收集国内外技术资料，关注产品动向，为公司决策提供技术参考

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，食品技术、生物技术等食品相关专业；

2、5年以上食品行业生产、调味品行业研发经验，有定制餐饮企业工作经验者优先考虑；

3、味觉敏感，熟悉调味品类配方开发，能独立开发新产品；

4、了解食品加工工艺和熟悉食品品质相关的国家法律法规，熟悉各类添加剂属性及要求。
