1. External Job Description

- Participation in design & planning through DFM, Line balancing , as well as Process Yield, Capacity and Cost Modeling

- Work with CM’s engineering teams to identify and escalate manufacturing challenges by enforcing DFM and DFT principles

- Review and approve of design, specifications and qualifications for process flow (SMT / PCBA)

- Review and approval of Fixtures Designs & Qualification (FATP, Device build)

- Define the process qualification criteria, manage the qualification activities, and complete the documentation.

- Leading our efforts for root cause and corrective action for all manufacturing process related issues, dive deep to analyze the problems found both in and out of the factory.

- Drive for Continuous Process, Quality, and yield improvement

- Work with sustaining engineering team on the opportunities to improve our product.

- Ensure technical readiness for product ramp and serve as technical lead/advisor to factory operations managers

- Periodically audit the CM for manufacture process quality management system.

- Work with SQM , DQM for any quality issue during production.

2.   Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor of engineer degree

- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing and process engineering of CE industrial

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including experience in leading root cause and corrective action investigations

- Strong understanding of manufacturing and test processes, with the ability to translate into DFx recommendations.

- Direct responsibility for defining production process and equipment requirements for new product manufacturing

- Excellent oral and written communication skills including effective presentation of complex data.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams

- Demonstrated ability to start projects, to manage project progress, to drive to completion and to achieve results.

- Enthusiasm for getting “hands on” with product and production equipment

3.   Preferred Qualifications

- MS degree

- FATP expertise knowledge

- Technical PM experience

- Experience of managing world class OEM suppliers

- Experience of working under office environment

- Understanding of ISO9001 quality management system in electronics manufacturing environment.
