岗位职责：

  1.  Be responsible for the supplier quality issue addressing, both from inside the plant and on customer site.

       负责处理工厂内部和客户端的供应商质量问题。

  2.  Review the supplier performance periodically, for the purpose of quality improvement request and suggestion to sourcing department strategy plan.

      定期评价供应商业绩，以满足督促供应商质量改进和制定采购战略计划的需要。

  3.  Be responsible for the annual supplier audit planning and implementation, continuously push for CAPA fulfillment on supplier site.

      负责制订供应商的年度审核计划，并负责按计划实施，持续推进供应商正预防措施的实施。

  4.  Support the QE team to establish the acceptance standard for incoming inspection.

      支持质量工程师团队制定进料检验的验收标准。

  5.  Support on localization plan for the parts and components of new product introduction.

      支持新产品引进过程中的零部件本地化工作。

  6.  Special focus on supplier quality control plan for critical projects and key customers.

      全力保证关键项目及重要客户相关产品的供应商质量。

  7.  Cooperating with engineering and sourcing team, conduct the supplier development and qualification process. 

      与技术及采购团队一起进行新供应商的开发和审核。

  8.  Responsible for other assignment by the SQE leader.

      负责完成供应商质量主管安排的其他工作。

任职要求： 

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical engineering, or material engineering, or related.

  大学本科以上学历，主修机械相关专业。

• Have sound knowledge and experience on at least one area of hydraulic product, machining and heat treatment.

  在以下至少一个方面有扎实的论理基础和实践经验：液压产品，机加工和热处理。

• Above 3 years mechanical machining and assembly field experience on supplier quality or plant quality management.

  超过3年机械制造及装配相关行业供应商质量或工厂质量管理经验。

• Familiar with machine assembling process and the measured tools, such as caliper, micrometer, feeler, roughmeter, coating thickness gauge, hardness tester etc.

  熟悉机加工和装配工艺，会使用测量工具，如卡尺，千分尺，塞尺，粗糙度仪，膜厚仪，硬度仪等。

• Familiar with mechanical drawings, inspection knowledge of the parts with machining, heat treatment and surface treatment.

  可以熟读机械图纸，知道机加工，热处理及表面处理相关的检验知识。

• Familiar with inspection sampling plan. Basic quality tools understanding, such as SPC, control plan.

  熟悉抽样检验计划及基本的质量工具，如SPC，control plan等。

• Familiar with ISO9001:2008 Quality System.

  熟悉ISO9001:2008质量体系。

• General English speaking and writing skills.

  一般的英语口语沟通及书写能力。

• Good application experience of office software of WORD, EXCEL, PPT, and etc.

  熟练运用WORD、EXCEL和PPT等软件。

• Team Spirit, Integrity, self-starter and ready to work under pressure.

  有团队精神、诚恳、主动性并有较好的承压能力。
