Manage ordering & logistics follow up for wholesale, retail and VM

Place orders, track production, delivery & follow up on quality issues

Communicate with suppliers’ deliveries, shipments and all required documentation

Provide general administrative support including invoice processing, payment approval, re-billing & expense tracking

Budget & payment preparation & monitoring of expenses

Coordinate with APAC wholesale countries for all reporting requirements

Prepare and manage all Import & Export duties

Arrange & supervise the logistics, packaging and transportation for on-time delivery and shop openings

Plan and administer all display props and fixtures purchase and fixtures allocation to stores Monthly Payment list checking and invoice dealing with finance and vendors

To coordinate with Department, key contacts and partners’ in managing shop refit/ new shop opening projects to ensure smooth operation and achieve company objectives in time

Communication

To openly and constructively communicate with wholesale, retail and Visual merchandising team

Keep close contact with Department Head, Procurement and Logistic to ensure all relevant standards are followed
