JUNIOR STRATEGIST/ RESEARCHER (JSR)

The JSR will assists in the development of business, marketing, brand & communication strategies. S/he reports to a Senior Strategist in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment with the aim to grow our clients’ business and the agency’s reputation.

The JSR performs research, develops reports and supports the development of strategic programs and thinking for our clients on an ongoing and project basis. S/he is responsible for analysing consumers, brands, businesses and trends to identify competitive threats and opportunities of our clients. The JSR will also support the campaign measurement process to ensure that clients and agency are aligned on key performance metrics, establishing realistic business goals, and providing accountability through reporting and analytics, and providing optimized strategies moving forward.

·       Solid writing & presentation skills

Responsibilities and Duties

The JSR has the following responsibilities

·       Conducts primary as well as secondary research

·       Analyses data and helps drawing conclusions

·       Writes research reports

·       Generate and drive insight for internal & external audiences

·       Provide market research, analyses and insights into latest industry trends
