Job Description

• Daily Logistics Operation to ensure on time truck-out and meet customer requirements

• Ad hoc operations reporting

• Create/improve and roll out the operations processes for excellence

• Continue operational process improvement

• Project level dashboard monitoring and controlling

    

  Qualifications

• Education and Experience Required

• First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.

• Typically 3+ years of experience in a supply chain and logistics function.

• 3+ years of experience in a customs/global trade function.

• Knowledge and Skills Required

• mastery in English (include spoken, writing, reading, listening).

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis

• Strong understanding of supply chain/Logistics processes

• Good understanding of national and international trade requirements to align customs/trade function with business objectives

• Strong understanding of HP's overall supply chain strategy.

• Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams; recognized as Subject Matter Expert.

• Very Strong communication and influencing skills;

• Developed leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management

• Good problem-solving skills
