About the position:

The primary responsibility is to assist the Retail Operations Manager to oversee and further improve the store operation standard in the region

Principal job responsibilities:

Under the leadership of Retail Operations Manager, conduct scheduled store visit to ensure stores are efficiently and effectively managed.

Ensure the execution of all applicable policies and guidelines.

Track compliance with operations policy and procedure.

Ensure operations standards are in line with the brand objectives.

Assist to increase the overall sales in the responsible district by setting proper targets and implementing operating plans.

Analyze retail KPIs, identify opportunities and suggest plans to improve and grow the business by increasing the store productivity.

Work with store team to address retail operations concerns and issues.

Guided by Retail Operations Manager, work closely with Functional supporting team to identify the training needs and tools required to improve the in-store customer service.

Support to reinforce the company’s commitment to customer service, through the PANDORA Way of Selling (PWS)

Ensures that stores are merchandised in a way that is consistent with company philosophies and merchandising plans.

Coordinate to ensure the Store Managers maximize business through contests, promotions, and most importantly consistent, ongoing training and development of all employees.

Assist to maintain the good relationship with landlords

Performs other duties as directed by Retail Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of retail experience of which 2 years at managerial level

Retail, consumer goods, and luxury industry preferred

Experience in multi-store management; managing over 6 stores and over 2 cities

Result oriented and ability to work well with all levels of management and build relationship

Good analytical mind and problem solving skills

Excellent people management and coaching skills

Team player with positive mindset and excellent work ethics

Ability to handle customer complaint

Flexible and able to work under pressure

Proactive, organized and detail-minded

Able to exercise independent judgment and take action

Understanding of financial statement and retail metrics
