Job Purpose Summary:  

 

• Manage the day to day activities with Yili group, division,  factories to help Manager maintain work with customer, especially in purchasing department, Production, QA/QC, Warehouse. etc.

• Implement the overall sales

• Offer solutions to achieve sales targets by perfect internal communication.

 

Job Responsibilities

Include main responsibilities, supporting task, and others that involved.

 

• Support Manager to achieve the sales budget

• Achieve Own Sales Target

• Align customer and CHR expectations and set standards for corrective actions and complaint resolution

• Ensure efficient, seamless customer services through monitoring customer interfaces and providing feedback to relevant parties

• Work closely with customer service, business support and application specialist to ensure excellent customer service across all aspects of sales order execution and other relevant aspects of the customer plan

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the supply chain, including knowledge of import regulations, licences and documentation specific to the local market.

• Assist & Organize the work activities between CHR and Customers in defined area.

• Cooperate with Technical support manager to fulfill the onsite trouble shooting.

• Fulfil the task delegated by Area sales Mgr.

Competencies:

• Majored in Food Science or related

• Good Communication Skills both on oral and writing

• Good English Speaker

 

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree or Above

• At least 3 year experience in Food Industry and minimize 1 year sales experience
