Job Responsibilities:
| - Perform site serivce acitivies which shall include but not limited to site service trouble shooting, hot & cold testing & commissioning, warranty cases and maintenance services (preventive and normal). |
| - Site service report: On-time provide good quality site service report upon completion of each job. |
| - Build up the strong relationship with customer and achieve customer satisfaction |
| - Training: Be part of instructor / trainer team to train others and share experiences. |
| - Sales Support: Site service engineer is our key interface with customers' and expect him/her to demonstrate good image and professional advice to customers' on its needs and feedback to our Service Sales. |
- Aggressively implement and support additional Job Requirements: 1. Willing to accept the challenge and self learning; |
