岗位职责:

1. Prepare and analyze accounting data timely in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes to ensure the utmost accuracy of group’s consolidated financial statements.
2. Oversee overseas holding companies’ period-end closes and review of statutory filings.
3. Develop, implement and maintain the financial reporting process to ensure compliance with IFRS/SEC rules, and compliance with all internal financial controls, especially with SOX 404.
4. Advise Chief Accounting Officer on necessary technical accounting issues and trends, including consolidations, leases, business combinations, stock-based compensation, and revenue recognition. Establish and enforce accounting method, policies, and principles.
5. Advise Financial Controller on cash management, support budget and forecasting activities.
6. Advise Financial Controller on applicable tax regulations and updates, analyze tax consequences and restructuring efficiencies applicable to the group.
7. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for completion of audits and management audit issues.
8. Support Chief Accounting Office in all external reporting processes (to Board, Audit Committee, to shareholders and all relevant regulatory agencies)
9. Accept other ad hoc finance projects as needed.
10. Good inter-personal skills.
11. Good team player and with enthusiasms.

任职资格:

1. At least over 10 years of progressive accounting exposure with pubic/corporate accounting.
2. Comprehensive understanding of IFRS standards.
3. Public accounting firm experience in SEC financial reporting.
4. CPA is a must.
