Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead China (mainland) local tax related tasks；

• Co-ordinate local government tasks – finance part；

• Support Crop tax tasks；

Key Result Areas：

• Review all China (mainland) entities / Branches monthly VAT filing with local GAAP reporting filing ( around 50 entities / Branches in China (mainland) right now)

• Review all China (mainland) entities / Branches Quarterly CIT filing.

• Lead all China (mainland) entities / Branches annually CIT audit

• Support at VAT / CIT / Sub-tax planning and forecasting, include both China (mainland) local tax and Crop tax

• Co-ordinate at providing Local Government required finance information

• Work with local tax / SAFE and manage China (mainland) foreign currency payment. Provide related training to Business team and be the central contact point with China (mainland)

• Support at Crop Tax filing - China entity part, include but not limited to defer tax calculation, Tax GAAP recon and true up.

• Support at Asia Transfer Pricing project, intercom buy-sell margin management

• Support at China local Government subsidy project

• Work with Crop and international tax team on bilateral taxation agreement project

Experience：

• Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 years

Academic Qualifications：

• Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor degree

• Subject Expert In: Tax or Accounting

• Certifications Required : Qualified accountant

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in : English/Mandarin
