Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Payment review
？ Perform external funding project milestone payment check from both finance and compliance perspective. 
？ Communicate with Project Owner to obtain supporting documents and clarify potential issues
？ Participate the project review meeting. Summarize and report the issues & rec-ommendation to project owner, compliance team and other key stakeholders. Develop and prepare the dashboard report to effective monitoring.
？ Archive the supporting documents appropriately.
？ Work closely with Compliance team to evaluate the risk, develop and optimize the payment checklist.
？ Develop end-to-end payment process. Coordinate with SSC to make the final payment. Engage with business users and support SSC to resolve bottlenecks and support on the follow up of aged items. 
？ Provide necessary training to users and SSC.

Other
? Participate regular engagement meeting with business stakeholders and compli-ance department. 
? Articulate the business and/or compliance requirement and initiate the process redesign or improvement project in order to address the needs.
? Support the internal/external audit and other special investigations, as required.
? Act as FRA SME to support global or local initiatives on systems implementations and process improvement. 

Desirable Requirements: 
Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance. Minimum 4 years related experience 
Languages: Chinese plus English fluent
Experience:
？ Working experience in Healthcare industry is must. Good understanding of China healthcare environment and related compliance issues on interaction with healthcare professionals. 
？ Experience to interact with outsource service provider is preferred.
？ Solid functional process knowledge and business acumen. 
？ Experience on driving process improvement.
？ Strong interpersonal and cross functional communication skills
？ Good risk assessment and analytical skills and able to solve the problem independently 
？ Integrity, responsible, detail and deadline sensitive
？ Good learning agility 
？ Ability to work under pressure
？ Ability to be flexible in a highly changing environment？
