 Job Description:

To provide full range of HR business partner services to retail functions.

 

Staffing:

• Provide strong support to retail regarding talent sourcing with efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work closely with functional head to review team status and plan manpower needs.

• Well monitor different channel to optimize the channel mix with minimal cost.

• Ensure an updated knowledge of the local market through a constant talent scouting activity.

        

Employee Relations and Communication:

• Properly manage the employee relations and assure a constructive and collaborative corporate climate

• Act as a consultant and proactively engage in solving personnel issues

  

To lead projects assigned by managers

 

Qualifications:

• 3 years knowledge and practice experience in retail recruitment

• A business and customer orientation with a drive for results.

• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, details oriented, quick learner and team player.
