1.The analysis and interpretation of high-throughput biomedical data.
2.Designing, developing and deploying robust workflows, as well as custom scripts, to analyze high-throughput data, with emphasis on RNA-Seq/ExomeSeq /Panel Sequencing to explore drug target
biology.
3.Mining proprietary and public biological data/database to generate novel hypotheses or insights.
4.Presenting analysis results, in a clear and concise manner and building and managing internal biological database (NGS data etc).
5.Bioinformatics Investigator is expected to work effectively as a member of global biomarker and translational research team; follow sound scientific practices and maintain effective documentation of activities and analyses.
职位要求：
1.PhD/master’s degree in bioinformatics / computational biology /genomics related fields
2.Prior experience in processing high throughput biomedical data (RNASeq, ExomeSeq and Panel sequencing): data cleaning, functional annotation, normalization, analysis, interpretation and visualization
3.Familiarity with public databases: NCBI, Ensembl, TCGA, cBioPortal, Oncomine, dbSNP etc, and knowledge of database programming
4.Excellent skills in statistical software like R
5.Excellent skills with programming languages such as Perl/Python
6.Ability to work in collaborative environment and contribute to team projects. Ability to work without close supervision and enjoys working with other people within an international team and in a dynamic environment.
