？机械相关专业，本科毕业至少5年，硕士毕业至少3年。
？熟悉三维设计软件Pro/E或者Creo 2.0，至少有2年以上这两种软件之一的设计经验。
？熟悉机加工零件的设计和加工工艺，并能熟练制作3D和2D零件图纸。
？熟悉塑料件或压铸件的设计。
？具备有限元受力分析、或热分析、或振动分析等仿真分析能力。
？有良好的分析解决问题的能力，有一定的降成本设计经验。
？有精密仪器、消费类电子产品、或者医疗器械设计经验者优先。
？有良好的英语听说读写能力。
？有一定的组织领导能力和团队合作能力。
