电商运营主管——熟电商数据运营管理

工作职责：

1. 全面负责公司品牌的线上平台运营，提升店铺销售额和品牌形象；
2. 分析行业类目、行业市场与客户需求、消费者行为，针对产品卖点加以营销手段宣传，能够根据市场变化来制定对应的产品运营计划，制定整体电商销售策略及产品推广方案；
3. 组织策划各平台的推广活动，定期针对促销活动、推广效果等进行跟踪、评估，及时提出营销改进措施，给出确实可行的改进方案；
4. 活动策划，提炼利益点、撰写文案、编排页面，店铺产品组合规划、产品描述页面优化，提升客户的视觉体验和点击率，提升店铺流量，提高商品转化率，完成店铺每月销售目标；
5. 分析各平台相关数据，根据数据不断对店铺运营提升改进，从而提升销售额，全网的价格管控及监督，建立及维护公司电子商务的良性环境；
6. 协助、指导整个电商团队的业务工作，合理配置人力、提升团队工作效率,负责电商平台业绩指标达成。

职位要求：

1. 3年以上电商运营相关工作经验，市场营销类、电子商务类、数据类相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 具有敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和市场方向的能力，对市场信息有独到的分析判断能力；
3. 对数据具有优秀的分析能力；
4. 优秀的Microsoft Office使用技能，PPT制作和讲解技巧；
5. 有强烈的责任心和敬业精神，做事认真，细致，抗压力能力强。
