Job Designation: Technical Support Engineer

Job Location: Chongqing, China

Job Description:

Core skill set:

· Accurately Testing, Identifying, Repairing, Resolving, and the User Documenting End Technical AND DELINQUENCY regarding Basic Network / Desktop / Laptop Support.

· Printer hardware support and managed print services.

· Break-fix, troubleshoot and resolve software issues; Reimaging computers/hard drives

· IMACD function including installation and decommission

· Backing up and Restoring the User the Data, Settings and Associated Systems Administration Activities

· Assist ServiceDesk/Remote Desktop Support teams for hands and feet coordination efforts

· Assist on Incident and Problem management activities

· Taking ownership of issues through to resolution on all appropriate requests

· Categorize and Prioritize End the User Support Requests (Incidents) and Service Requests by Utilizing Ticketing System to Track tickets and the Provide up-to-DATE Status and Information

· Performing asset verification activities as needed and keep inventory database up to date.

· Excellent with an Associate's Degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification.

Non-Technical

· Good Customer management skill.

· Good in oral and written communication.

· Able to interact and work with customer at different levels.

· Self-Driven and result oriented.

· Really passionate about the work.

· Local language knowledge is preferred.
