Responsibility 工作职责:

    

1.Assist the Head of Compliance in formulating and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.

    

协助合规总监制定和维护合规政策和程序。

    

2.Assist the Head of Compliance for reviewing of internal compliance and developing inner code of conduct in the organization.

    

协助合规总监进行内部合规审查、开发内部行为准则。

    

3.Ensure the business operations meet with all legal and regulatory requirements and industry guidelines

    

and practices.

    

确保业务操作符合所有法律和监管要求，以及行业指导原则和实践。

    

4.Conduct compliance training.

    

进行合规培训。

    

5.Handle customer and consumer complaints.

    

处理客户和消费者投诉。

    

6.Government communication and liaison.

    

政府沟通和联络。

    

7.Contract review and management.

    

合同审核和管理。

    

8.Company interest protection.

    

公司利益的维护。

    

    

Requirements工作要求：

    

1.University degree with minimum 2 years of legal, compliance, audit or risk management experience.

    

学士学位，至少2 年的法律、合规、审计或风险管理经验。

    

2.Familiar with China legal and regulatory knowledge.

    

熟悉中国法律和监管知识。

    

3.Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

    

英文熟练。

    

4. Chinese BAR qualification is a plus but not a must.

    

持有中国律师资格者优先考虑,但不是必须条件。

    

5.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

    

优秀的沟通、表达和谈判技巧

    

6.Ability to work independently and objectively and have good research skills.

    

能够独立工作，有良好的研究能力。

    

7.Capable of understanding and dealing with structured and complicated tasks, pays great attention todetail in documentation, good user of MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel.

    

能够理解和处理结构化和复杂的任务,注重细节，能够熟练使用Word ,PowerPoint，Excel 等。
