The mission of the Planning & Fulfillment function is to support profitable growth by ensuring the accurate tactical planning of our demand and our operations, optimizing inventory and resource management and the perfect fulfillment of customers’ orders. This mission is achieved by balancing and improving five metrics: customer on-time delivery, inventory, lead-time, forecast accuracy and resource optimization.

ABB Motors and Generators deliver a complete range of motors, generators and mechanical power transmission products for all industries and applications. We provide the highest quality and service to our customers all around the world, with a focus on helping to use energy more efficiently.

- Taking in charge of capacity management, well balance customer demand and capacity constraints during capacity slots reservation management to secure capacity utilization rate target.
- Making mass production plan, based on reservation slots loading plan & ETO process philosophy to make project schedule by using related routing and make mass production plan accordingly.
- Tracking project schedule & mass production plan execution status, good coordination & cooperation with project management, design engineer, quality and production development, manufacturing team.
- Closely following up with material planning and purchasing logistic team for material fully available to promise the production plan execution and troubleshooting for any sudden material shortage raised in workshop.
- Taking in charge of production control, releasing possible qualified production order to workshop, coordinating with production supervisors to ensure production plan smoothly execution.
- Reporting for OTD performance and analysis, including production follow up status report, customer OTD report, production throughput time performance report.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- A Bachelor’s degree or above in Science & Technology, Management or equal.
- 3 years of experience in production planning and experience in ETO process is preferred.
- Familiar in ERP system.
- Proficient in MS-Office, SAP or other ERP-system.
- Good team work spirit, logical thinking way, self-motivation, working under pressure.
