As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Motion (MO) Business and Motors & Generators (BL) Business Line, based in Shanghai.

- Operate VPI process equipment’s and ovens, implement of project given.
- Reasonably arrange task for production planning.
- Comply with the company safety requirements in production, conduct safety training for operators.
- Conduct quality training for operators according to company requirement.
- Responsible of equipment regular maintenance according to company requirement.
- Hold regular meeting concerning SOT,5S and safety according to company requirement.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Secondary academy in Electrical, Mechanics or equal qualification.
- More than 2 years of experience in Electric machines VPI insulation and management capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Fluent in Mandarin or Shanghai dialect.
- A collaborative, responsibility, initiative, team spirit and able to endure hardship, good receptivity.
