Responsibilities

1. Purchasing master data maintenance (create, change, deactivation, reactvation)


2. Purchasing master data clearance


3. Supplier Profile Management, centralize checking supplier profile documents for Direct Material and Indirect Material, including:

Legal Documents (Business License, Permission for bank account, Contracts);

4. Archive all vendor related documents and contracts

5. Tracking existing suppliers reports periodically

6. Issue purchasing reports monthly

7. Support improvement for purchasing master data management

Qualification

1. Bachelor or above academic background

2. Good communication and writing skill for both Madrin & English

3. Good knowledge of office software

4. High motivation and good team work with an international team

5. Knowledge of automotive field

6. SAP MM module background

7. University Graduate is OK
