职位描述

Purpose of the role

·         Define the sales goals along with GM of sales of China

·         Define the sales strategy along with GM of sales of China

·         To support GM on the channels development and maintenance in whole China market, with additional focus on the South China market

·         Achieve the sales budget though execution of the eVisa sales plan


Profile – Role and Responsibilities

·         Ownership of sales channels of the eVisa business in whole China market

·         To create and execute the sales plan with GM together across customer segments  - including but not limited on MICE, TMC, OTA and Tour Operators 

·         Conduct travel agent training and road shows

·         Represent VFS Global in different trade shows

·         Manage and drive the regional sales team & deliver sales targets

·         Identify business opportunities and target markets, make initial customer contact through visits or calls;

·         Identify each potential customer’s needs, formulate business proposals according to customers’business needs;

·         Work closely with the marketing team to executive the sales and marketing plan

·         Work closely with the tech and product teams for improvement in the online product to reduce friction and improve conversion

·         Interaction with the Operations teams through the reporting manager to maintain and improve service delivery  

·         To support GM on interaction with China call center team

·         To support GM lead sales team on the evisa development in China market


Indicative KRAs/ Budgetary & revenue responsibilities

·         Sales targets across all eVisa products in whole China market  

·         Upsell the variants of eVisa products to the whole China market 

 

Qualifications & Experience

·         Education: Bachelor degree or above  

·         Experience: 10-15 years of relevant work experience in the industries of Airlines/OTAs/Tour

·         Operators/Hotels/Tourism bureaus, with 5+ years in leadership role


Knowledge & Key skills:

·         Speak/ Read/ Write: English and Mandarin

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Relationship management

·         Ability to work with cross functional teams

·         Business acumen and understanding of customer behaviour

·         Good at MS Office and relevant office software
