一、岗位职责

1. 根据公司提供的有意向的潜在客户名单，按时完成日常的外呼任务；

2. 在外呼过程中，了解客户的意向，针对意向度高的客户，建立良好的客户关系，寻求最终的关单；

3. 维京游轮将在每月定期为行程规划师提供客户活动平台，规划师可以将自己的意向客户邀约到相关的活动现场，建立融洽的客户关系，力争订单成交；

4. 通过微信、电话等方式与意向客户建立频繁的联系，宣传我司的产品，增加与客户之间的粘合度，建立良好的、长期的信赖关系；

5. 完成销售部门经理的其他日常工作安排；

二、招聘要求

1. 仪容仪表良好；

2. 品行端正；

3. 有良好的执行力；

4. 有一至两年旅游业销售工作经验；

5. 热爱销售工作；

6. 对自身的未来发展有清晰的规划；

7. 有良好的语言表达能力；

8. 性格外向、开朗，能够在短时间内与客户建立良好的关系；

9. 积极主动的推销游轮产品；

10. 主观能动性强、自我约束能力强。
