Responsibilities:

? Ownership and accountability for all payroll processes.

? Deliver and consolidate payroll data for payroll processing.

? Monthly payroll checking /validating before payment.

? Overtime /standby validation based on NWCD practices.

? Obtaining approvals from HR Ops Manager.

? Follow up on resolution for Payroll deviations reported, enforcing resolution with stakeholders.

? Accountability for on time processing of all payroll related payments (in most cases delivered by vendor, but payroll specialist is accountable).

? Prepare, contribute and validate Payroll Data Quality/KPI report.

? Maintenance of internal country specific time management tools.

? Primary operational interface with payroll vendor, resolve and/or escalates errors and issues.

? Support restructuring activities, in an accurate and timely fashion, to ensure no employee harm.

? Provide advice and policy recommendations to HR Ops Mgr with legislative changes and best practice.

? Provide support in conducting researches on assigned HR projects.

? Communication, networking and English language skills, customer focus and HR functional excellence.

Requirements:  

? 3+ years of work experience in payroll. 

? Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes.

? Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience, master degree is a plus.

? Experience of working in a transactional/ process based environment.

? Strong data management analytics skill

? Self-starter, strong drive, bias for action and result oriented.

? Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure.

? Strong communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.

? Fluent English both verbally and written.
