Informa Tech is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager, to join our Ovum team and to support our Customer Success efforts in the Greater China region. The role of the Customer Success Manager is to be the voice of the customer, escalate problems promptly and effectively, and proactively help our customers get the best out of their subscription. This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Success Manager looking to employ your support and customer services experience in a B2B environment where you can gain a breadth of experiences and develop your skills within a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key responsibilities & activities:

• Perform business operations duties, prepare reports and marketing online campaigns
• Ensure that all activities with clients are logged and managed in Salesforce
• Provide support to Manager as and when required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Mandarin and English as the incumbant will be required to liasie with Mandarin/English speaking clients.
• Well-organized and detailed oriented
• Experience in Relationship management/Customer service will be ideal
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

• Internet and technology savvy
• Experience in operating Salesforce.com
• Telecoms, Media & Technology industry knowledge will be preferred but not essential
