JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Visual merchandising and administrating the shop section. Hands on with all execution for on site VM floor move and touch up in stores, with a regular plan according to seasonal VM campaigns. responsible for ensuring commercial, relevant and visually strong product presentation

2. Create reports for stores to HQ VM team and local other depts.

3. Collecting feedback and suggestions from stores regarding to all VM issue

4. Provide seasonal VM training to store VM specialist and front line staffs

5. Regular store visit schedule to make sure all stores VM and brand image is always consistent with HQ standard

6. Provide visual supporting to related Teams for company activities

7. Partner with region retial team and associates (regional retail manager, store manager, etc.) to drive top-level execution and promote strong sales results in the market while adhering to the brand VM strategy

8. Regular reporting to VM Manager is a must

9. Frequent business travel will be necessary

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Good personality and working attitude, self-motivated and work independently while working as a Team

2. Good communications and always pass the accurate information and execution standard to others

3. Good inter-personal skills, easy to build up a better working relationship

4. Strong fashion sense with up-to-date fashion knowledge globally

5. Min. 3 yrs experience in Visual Merchandising from international fashion brands

6. Creative mind-set

7. Able to travel aboard and good English will be an advantage

8. More experience will be considered as Senior position
