Position Summary:

Based in Shanghai, this position is responsible for T&E & Treasury & Vendor Voucher Processing area for Greater China and Overseas company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.T&E Function:

？ Review staff claims in concur system per Company T&E Policy;

？ Prepare T&E closing report and compliance report;

？ Maintain Concur System on timely basis.

2. Treasury Function:

？ Prepare all payments in e-banking system and overseas payment through the bank;

？ Prepare and issue cheque per procedure;

？ Prepare the cash book and reconciliation on daily basis;

？ Collect cruise fare from POS machine, and prepare daily POS report;

？ Foreign currency declaration per SAFE request;

？ Be responsible for electronic payment;

？ Prepare and send the bank slips to corresponding parties on weekly basis;

？ Maintain the bank information and update bank related issues.

3. Vendor Voucher Processing Function:

？ Validate AP invoices via official website;

？ Process and control of accounts payable transactions in JDE & U8 system;

？ Monitor the status of pending invoices and timely communicate with business to solve AP issues;

？ Prepare aging report on monthly basis and clarify overdue payment;

？ Weekly update AP balance and AP integrity report.

？ Responsible for marketing coop and tea party project, including review and payment;

？ Responsible for commission, refund payment review and process;

？ Maintain voucher processing and payment information in BPM system;

？ Maintain contract list for all vendors, validate contract value and terms timely;

？ Responsible for intercompany billing information process;

？ Filing AP documents on monthly basis;

4. Support the internal and external auditing team;

5. Ensuring that Paperwork and Filing is up to date;

6. Other jobs assigned by line manager.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting or Finance;

· Minimum of 1 years of work experience in AP function;

· Professional qualification is an advantage (incl. ACCA, CICPA, US CPA etc.).

Knowledge and Skills:

· Be proficient in English and Mandarin, written and oral;

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems are essential. Knowledge of U8 and JDE preferred;

· Strong work ethics, good communication and organization skill, and the ability to work independently in a team framework;

· Strong technical knowledge of Chinese accounting and regulations, familiar with PRC GAAP and US GAAP;

· Excellent influencing and problem solving skills, strong business sense, Can-Do attitude and behavior, able to deliver good performance under pressure and tight deadline.
