Position: Product Operation Contractor

Service period: 6 months

Service Extension: YES

Sales Meeting Coordination:

• ？   Be the key person for sales meeting coordination;
• ？   Responsible for the sales meeting opening and closing issues;
• ？   Manage the part-time worker efficiently;

Sample Management:

• ？   Work closely with DC and make record for the sample borrow and return issues.

China Warranty and Quality Issue:

• ？   Answer the warranty question from China sales channel and provide the professional suggestion;
• ？   Combine the return list each month and send to Lisa's team;

Asia Warranty:

• ？   Give suggestion for warranty case once distributor confused on special case;
• ？   Review the Monthly Claim report and issue the CN to Annah;

Quality Claim:

• ？   Work with QA team once receive Quality claim(over 5% vs PO);
• ？   Send the quality claim CN to Annah and update claim record;
• ？   Report to QA team for each claim;

Spare Parts Order:

• ？   Receive the Spare parts request and send to sourcing team by each quarter

Repair Issue:

• ？   Give the suggestion on the repair issues;

Staff Sales:

• ？   Make staff sale proposal according to inventory provided from planning team or our sample list, and apply for finance approval;
• Responsible for the staff sale and help accounting to record the revenue.
