职位描述

  • Peopleand technical leadership to Client Technology Analyst team in China.

  • EnableIT strategy and business-IT alignment with regional and global teams.

  • Incidentand request service fulfillment, SLA escalation and critical service incidentmanagement.

  • Performroot cause analysis and performance reports as required.

  • Projectmanagement and contribution on global and regional project execution.

  • Assetmanagement for hardware, software and equipment.

  • ITproduct/vendor sourcing and procurement management.

  • ITasset inventory and audit.

  • Overseeexecution of IT processes and periodic review for improvement.

  • Developdocumentation for IT systems, procedure and user guide.

  • Developa working knowledge of department specific applications.

  • Identifyopportunities and recommend solutions for improving service, efficiency andeffectiveness.

  • Provideuser and administrative support for desktop and local server systems.

  • Providetechnical guidance to users and management for desktop support and local serversystems.

  • Participatein projects or teams and directed by the Manager

  • AssistManger in development of desktop support and local server systems strategyconsistent with corporate infrastructure.

  • Performmaintenance and troubleshooting of all relevant hardware and software.

  • Supportlocal manufacturing systems and engineering tool.

  • Developand maintain appropriate desktop and server related procedures and ensure theseprocedures are enforced.

  • Develop& maintain appropriate disaster recovery procedures.

  • Provideproject management for implementations and role-outs.

  • ProvideManager with equipment projections and assist with purchasing.

  • Overseedaily backup procedures are executed and audited as defined by technical leads.

  • Identifyopportunities and recommend solutions for improving service, efficiency andeffectiveness.

  • Procurementand vendor management.

  • Managementof support and maintenance contracts.

  • Consultancysourcing and management.

  • Performsystem analysis and utilization reports as required.

  • Managebilling and administration across all areas of responsibility.

  • Superviseand provide guidance to other members of the support team and acceptresponsibility for the team workload.

  • Performregular performance reviews of local support team, provide updates for managerand initiate/participate in any corrective action.


  • Goodwritten and verbal communication skills.

  • Good working attitude and aptitude to learn new skills and technologies

  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels ofpersonnel

  • Good written and verbal communication skill in both Chinese and Englishlanguages

  • Excellentjudgement and strong analytical skills as well as follow-up and organisationalskills.

  • Excellentknowledge of PC hardware and associated peripherals.

  • Excellentknowledge of network hardware and management tools.

  • Excellentknowledge of network operating systems and applications.

  • Excellentknowledge of Microsoft O/S, Server and Desktop

  • Excellentknowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP.

  • Ability to work under pressure and performance driven.

  • Abilityto work as part of a team.
