Key Competencies: · Knowledge and experience with QS9000 and/or ISO9001:2000?TS16949 · Technical know-how on plastic injection molding,metallzation,assembly and basic knowledge is preferred · Bacheelors or above Degrree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. · 6 years relevant experience,experience with Automotive PPAP submissions,high volume production. · Quality Certifications is an advantage,but not necessary.

Responsibility:

1. Directs,coordinatesand exercises functional authority for assigned responsibilities according to projects molding at the same time.
2. Working in a high-speed and raw materials.
3. Ensure all the relative documentation applied correctly,timely and record filled out properly and to be traceable.
4. Coordinate with project team,plant functional team to achieve green release for individual project for molding parts

Tasks

1. achieve project target in each phase in accordance with project team schedule
2. organize the production team to achieve daily,weekly,monthly and yearly production plan
3. secure the molding parts comply with specification
4. fill out all the documentation/records which the process needed
5. implement injection machine maintenance according to maintenance plan defined

Duty Description：

2,Working in a high-speed,highly automated environment the range of applications includes;tansfer systems,molding,robotics,pneumatics,process and raw materials.

在高速、高度自动化的环境下工作，应用范围包括:tansfer系统、成型、机器人、气动、工艺和原材料。

3,ensure all the relative documentation applied correctly,timely and record filled out properly and to be traceable.

确保所有相关文件正确、及时、记录填写正确、可追溯。

4,coordinate with project team,plant functional team to achieve green release for individual project for molding parts.

与项目团队、工厂职能团队协调，为注塑件的个别项目实现绿色放行

Job Requirement：

工作要求:

1,knowledge and experience withe QS9000 and/or ISO9001:2000/IATF16949.

具备QS9000和/或ISO9001:2000/IATF16949的知识和经验。

2,Technical know-how on plastic injection molding, metallization,assebly and basic knowledge is preferred

具有注塑成型、金属化、自动化、基础知识优先

3,Bachelors or above Degree in Mechanical Engineering or ralated field

机械工程或相关专业本科以上学历

4,years relevant experience,experience with Automotive PPAP submissions,high volume production

4年相关经验，有汽车PPAP提交经验，量产能力强

5,Quality certification is an advantage,but not necessaty.
