As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the consistent point of contact for DIN and BHAS product group customers and business partners of ELSB, and using your customer support skills and knowledge, you will provide internal and external customer support and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

- Daily order and delivery processing, includes order intake, stock availability checking, delivery note creation, delivery plan review and confirm, follow up the custom clearance, transportation and POD in customer side.
- Sales demand forecast collection and review.
- Analyze sales data and prepare the routing report.
- Customer AR collection and overdue payment audit.
- Pricing Master review and maintenance
- Audits special discount on project orders.
- Handle customer issues via coordinating with Marketing & Sales, Product management, Operations, and other internal and/or external functions.
- Recommends appropriate solution for customer requests, such as delivery improving, price quoting, logistic issue, etc.
- Tracks delivery performance and provides analysis to management.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- At least 2-years of experience in international trade, commercial and contract management of multinational company.
- Experience with ERP system, SAP is preferred
- Strong cross function coordination skills.
- Good inter-personnel communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Sound skills in office software, especially with Excel, Power point, Power BI, SQL.
- Knowledge in Finance.
